Kirk Lake next to Mooncrest Neighbourhood

Kirk Lake, named after local farmer Horace Kirk, is a surviving natural area on the northwestern edge of the city. Its waters flow into Big Lake in St. Albert. The lake is a little gem, with a natural band of trees on the east shore.
